Thanks to MSU Football Fans!

Last weekend, Montana State and the city of Bozeman hosted a football playoff game for the first time in 22 years. We earned the right to host this game because of the tremendous season orchestrated by our coaches and accomplished by our players, but also in large part because of our fans and our community. The large numbers in which you turned out this year, and the enthusiastic support you continually provide, played a large hand in the NCAA choosing Bozeman as a playoff site.
Once we secured that game, we knew our fans would respond, and you did. Saturday’s win over Furman came in an electric atmosphere. Bobcat players and Coach Kramer and his staff, and all of Bobcat Athletics, thank your for this support, and we hope the experience was as terrific for our great fans as for the coaches and players.
Many people have worked hard to get our program into position to make a playoff run possible. The Bobcats are playing football in December because of this hard work, and I extend my thanks. Whether it be next week or next September, I think we’re all looking forward to getting together again in Bobcat Stadium and celebrating the great success of the student-athletes and coaches that make Bobcat Football great.
