Gillum Leads MSU Golfers at Boise Invite

The ‘Cats are led by junior Kelly Gillum who finished the first 18 holes with a 74. She was followed by junior Stephanie Simmons (76) and sophomore Shannon Donegan (78). Head coach Brittany Bayse was pleased to have three players shoot under 80 in the first round.
“I am happy we put three players together under 80,” Bayse said. “Gillum is playing her confident game, and Simmons and Donegan broke through with some good play as well. We hope to continue into the second round focused and confident.”
