INJURY REPORT: Freshman defensive lineman Chris Kolone suffered an injury to his leg, and pending evaluation on Sunday and Monday is doubtful. LB Clive Lowe (ankle) is also doubtful. LB Mac Mollohan (hip) undergoes evaluation this week to determine if he will play again this season. Senior receiver Jevon Miller (ribs) and junior cornerback Chris Davis (knee) are probable entering this week.

• Montana State’s win over #8 North Dakota State snaps a five-game Bobcat losing streak to nationally-ranked team
• Montana State has lost four straight road games
• The Bobcats remain -4 in turnover margin this year after coming out of Saturday’s game even (one giveaway on the Travis Lulay fumble, one takeaway on Bobby Daly’s pick)
• Montana State has not been positive in turnover margin in a game this season
• The Bobcat defense allowed 38 points and 417 yards in the September 17 loss at Cal Poly, but has surrendered only 38 total points and 297.7 yards per game in the other three contests
• After giving up 38 points or more in the last three games last year, MSU’s defense has allowed that many only to old nemesis Cal Poly this season, with none of the other three opponents cracking the 20-point barrier
• After allowing North Dakota State just 17 points, the Bobcats are 19-3 when holding the opponent to fewer than 20 points, and have won five of the last six such contests
• Montana State has eight touchbacks through four games this season after recording 17 last year, and has pinned the opponent at or inside the 20 on 12 of the team’s 19 kickoffs
• The Bobcats have forced only five punts in the past two weeks
• MSU averaged a full yard a play more than North Dakota State (5.5 to 4.5) on Saturday, although the Bison ran more plays (73 to MSU’s 57) for more yards (330 to MSU’s 311)
• Montana State’s four non-conference opponents are 12-3 combined this year, with two of those three losses (the only losses incurred by NDSU and Stephen F. Austin) to the Bobcats
• The Bobcat defense is limiting opponent offenses to 7.5 point and 158.0 yards during the second half in its four non-conference outings

INDIVIDUAL NOTES/PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINEES
OFFENSE: QB Travis Lulay, 6-2, 205, Sr, Aumsville, OR
Montana State’s All-America quarterback led the fifth fourth-quarter comeback of his career in Montana State’s 20-17 win over #8 North Dakota State on Saturday. After North Dakota State scored with just over nine minutes left, he marched the Bobcats 92 yards in 15 plays covering 7 minutes 22 seconds, throwing for 51 yards and rushing for 27 himself on the game-winning drive. Lulay threw for 219 yards and two touchdowns on 22-for-29 passing with no interceptions in the game, and rushed for 46 yards on 12 carries. He led the Bobcats in rushing for the second time this season, passing the 1,000-yard rushing mark for his career (1,008), and with the win tying Dennis Erickson on Montana State’s career quarterback wins list with 20 (Paul Dennehy holds the record with 26). OTHER NOTES: Rick Gatewood caught nine passes in his 2005 debut, including four for 37 yards on MSU’s game-winning drive… Tramaine Murray followed his back-to-back 100-yard receiving days with a 78-yard afternoon… Lulay was MSU’s leading rusher for the second time in four games this season, and is the second-leading rusher on the season

Nick Marudas registered a career-high 11 tackles (six solos, five assists) in MSU’s 20-17 win over North Dakota State Saturday, and also broke up a pass. The Bobcats limited the Bison to 17 points, 28.0 below their average. OTHER NOTES: Bobby Daly’s interception on MSU’s first defensive series came in his first career start

Recorded two touchbacks on four kickoffs Saturday, including one on the kickoff that followed Justin Domineck’s game-winning touchdown.
