Bobcat Trio Lands All-America Honors

Three Bobcat seniors earned Preseason All-America honors from The Sports Network, Division I-AA's preeminent coverage source, on Wednesday. Guard Jeff Bolton and linebacker Mac Mollohan each garnered Second Team honors, while quarterback Travis Lulay earned Honorable Mention.
Bolton, a returning second team All-America who played tackle last year, enters the season as one of the top guards in Division I-AA. The three-year starter earned First Team All-Big Sky honors last year. Mollohan is a two-time All-Big Sky linebacker. Lulay finished second in Division I-AA in total offense last year, and his 8,117 career passing yards is 33rd in I-AA history.
"That's great for all three of those guys," said MSU coach Mike Kramer. "Preseason honors are outstanding for the program, but mostly it's an affirmation of how hard these three guys have worked and what they have achieved."
