Jones Earns League Nod

Montana State hammer thrower Ashley Jones earned her second Big Sky Athlete of the Week honor on the strength of her school-record effort last Friday at the Tom Gage Classic in Bozeman.
Jones tossed the hammer 202' 7", improving her conference lead and moving to third place in the NCAA Midwest Region in that event. The sophomore from Harlowton competes in the Big Sky Conference Championship this weekend in Flagstaff.
