Jones Heads South for Pentathlon

Montana State junior Erin Jones (Harlowton) travels to Chapel Hill, N.C., this weekend to compete in the USA Track and Field Combined Events Championships.
The women's segment of the meet begins at 12 noon on Sunday, and marks Jones' first competition in a year. She redshirted last outdoor season and this indoor season, and has battled injuries during the fall and winter.
"This is a great chance for Erin to compete and get ready for the outdoor season," said MSU multi-events coach Tom Eitel. "The competition level will be extremely high."
Former MSU athlete Stevie Keller competes in the men's portion of the meet this weekend.
