Gatewood, Bolton Earn All-League Honors

Receiver Rick Gatewood and center Jeff Bolton earned First Team All-Big Sky Conference honors for the second time each, as announced by the league on Monday.
Gatewood and Bolton were the only Bobcats honored on offense. Oddly, MSU's league-leading defense (the 'Cats finished the regular season as the top unit in terms of yards allowed in the Big Sky for the fourth time in the last five years) gained no first team honorees.
Here is a look at MSU's All-Big Sky choices...
First Team: WR Rick Gatewood (sr), C Jeff Bolton (sr)
Second Team: OT Joe Hirst (jr), OG Lawrence Figueroa (sr), QB Travis Lulay (sr), DT Aaron Papich (so), LB Nick Marudas (sr), LB Mac Mollohan (sr), LB Epikopo King (sr), SS Ryan Force (jr)
Honorable Mention: WR Tramaine Murray (sr), WR Chaz Guinn (sr), TE Elliott Barnhart (so), PK Jeff Hastings (jr), DE Clive Lowe (jr), CB Kahiam Hunter (sr), FS Toph Grenfell (sr), ST Grant Elliott (jr)
