Bobcat Women’s Tennis Team Earns First Victory of Season

“The win by our No. 1 doubles team to give us the first point of the match really set the tone for the rest of the day,” said MSU head women’s coach Denise Albrecht. “They battled back from a large margin and really got everyone pumped-up. We had a super day.”
Lozano also won at No. 1 singles, where she posted a 6-1, 6-3 win over Renee Nuccie. Fittingly, Hockett concluded the match at No. 5 singles, where she posted a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Meredith Krystofik.
MSU will host Montana on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.
