After struggling on Thursday, Montana State’s running backs have spent the last two days impressing MSU’s coaches. “The running backs are growing up,” said MSU coach Mike Kramer. “They are running well right now. They’re figuring it out.”
Redshirt junior Jason Gathing has been first on the depth chart since last spring, but newcomers Justin Domenick and Morris Milton have each played well. “Morris Milton is third on the depth chart, and (Friday) he had the best day of the three,” Kramer said. “There’s a long way to go until the season starts. Each of these three will have their moments.”
