Montana State Tennis Squads Host Eastern Washington

The Montana State women need a victory over Eastern Washington to earn a trip to next week’s Big Sky Conference tournament. Earlier this fall, the Bobcat women defeated EWU 5-2. MSU is currently 7-15 overall and have been paced by No. 1 singles player Vera Vasileva, who has notched a 9-12 mark in dual matches.
The Montana State (14-4) men’s team has already secured the No. 1 seed at the Big Sky Conference tournament. The Bobcats have won five of its last six matches. MSU is paced by No. 1 singles player Federico Ueltschi, who has recorded an overall mark of 26-6 and a 15-3 dual match ledger.
The Big Sky Conference tournament will be played in Ogden, Utah, next week.
