Marvin Moss has carried the bulk of the load for MSU rebounding this season -- he leads the team with 6.7 a game, and has led the team in rebounding nine times. The return of Al Beye, though, has made that load lighter. Beye has 15 rebounds in his two games.

Montana State’s 1-6 start was its worst through seven games since the ‘75-76 Bobcats won their first game then lost nine straight. MSU coach Mick Durham played in nine varsity games as a freshman that season.
