INJURY REPORT: Joe Hirst did not play on Saturday for the second straight week (knee), but will likely be called upon this week. Freshman tackle Peder Jensen broke a leg, and is out for the season. Michael Williams (knee, 4-6 weeks), Morris Milton (shoulder, indefinite), and Clayton Curley (knee, season) are out, along with holdover injuries Kahiam Hunter, Eddie Smith, and Brandon Roosevelt. Nick Marudas’ status has been elevated to doubtful (leg).

TEAM NOTES
• Montana State’s loss on Saturday snapped the team’s longest winning streak (five games) since 1984
• The loss at Sacramento State also snapped a six-game Big Sky winning streak, the longest, again, since 1984
• Montana State has clinched its third consecutive winning season for the first time since 1996-98, only the second time that has happened since 1975 (1976-79)
• The win over NAU also gave MSU its fourth conference win of the season, clinching MSU’s fourth straight winning Big Sky season for the first time since 1972-76 and for only the second time in school history
• Montana State amassed 500 yards of total offense in back-to-back weeks for the first time in school history
• Montana State’s 579 yards of total offense is the most since getting 654 against Idaho State in 2001, and in all was the fifth-highest total in school history
• The Bobcat offense has rolled up at least 400 yards of total offense in the last five games, the longest string in school history
• Montana State’s five 400-yard total offense days this year is the most since rolling up six in 1998
• Montana State had three 100-yard receivers on Saturday, the first time that has happened in school history
• Montana State is now 17-2 under Mike Kramer when the Bobcats hold their opponent to less than 20 points
• Montana State’s offense has averaged at least 5.0 yards per offensive play in the last seven consecutive games
• Montana State’s 30 first downs on Saturday was the team’s most since getting that many against Idaho State in 2001
INDIVIDUAL NOTES/PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINEES
OFFENSE: QB Travis Lulay, 6-3, 205, Jr, Stayton, OR
For the fourth time in the last six weeks Travis Lulay set a new personal passing high, this time break Montana State’s school record with a school-record 516 yards against Sacramento State. Lulay’s 516 yards is the most by a Big Sky quarterback this year, and his 556 yards of total offense and 38 completions are the most by a league player in 2004. The 516 yards are just six shy of the Big Sky top 10 list, as well. Lulay also rushed 14 times for a team-high (tied) 40 yards, and scored four touchdowns on the ground, the second-highest total in school history. Lulay now has 2,667 passing yards this season, the third-best total in school history, and 7,299 career yards, second-best ever at MSU.
OTHER NOTES: Rick Gatewood (162 yards), Chaz Guinn (140) and Eddie Sullivan (135) combined to become the first trio in school history to pass the 100-yard receiving mark in the same game… the game marked season highs in yards and receptions (11) for Guinn, and was the third time in the last four over 100 for both Sullivan and Gatewood.

OTHER NOTES: Ryan Force intercepted his fourth pass of the season on Saturday night, the second-highest total in the Big Sky Conference… Mac Mollohan had two sacks on Saturday to raise his season total to a team-high six… Mollohan has led the Bobcats in tackles the last three games… Bobcat defensive tackle Daryl Rogers had eight tackles, two for a loss, and one sack… Rogers’ nine tackles for loss this season is fifth-best in the Big Sky, and the best among interior linemen.
