The Wolverines are currently 1-4 overall with their lone victory coming against Jacksonville State, 67-43, at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks Thanksgiving Classic.
MSU is led this season by Kati Burrows, who is averaging a team-best 15.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Also contributing to the Bobcat attack is senior Hillary Scott, who is chipping in 9.7 points, while leading the team in assists.
The Bobcats will look to break out of a mini scoring slump that has seen MSU average 43 points, while shooting 29 percent from the field in its last two outings.
Utah Valley State is paced by Miriam Palkki and Katie Wilson, who average 11.8 and 11 points, respectively. On the season, UVSC is shooting 35 percent from the field.
