Bobcat Track Team Lands Harlowton Standout

All-state thrower Allison Jones of Harlowton has signed a National Letter-of-Intent to join the Montana State Track and Field program next year, Bobcat throws coach Mike Carignan has announced.
Jones finished second at the Class C State Championships in 2004, with a personal best in the shot put of 40-0. The National Honor Society member also earned all-conference honors in volleyball and basketball. She played on Harlowton's state title basketball team in 2004.
"Alli is an outstanding student and has great potential as a thrower," Carignan said. "She's athletic and a tough competitor. We're glad that she's joining our program."
