Bobcat Golfers 10th at CU

Kelly Gillum shot a first-round 74 to lead Montana State at the University of Colorado's Heather Farr Memorial Invitational on Monday. Gillum, a freshman, extended her string of firing below 80 in every round of her collegiate career.
The Bobcats are in 10th place out of 14 teams, and finish play Tuesday.
"We had three great rounds, and Kelly really played well," said MSU coach Brittany Basye. "Kylie Anderson and Stephanie Simmons also played well. I’m looking for us to come back and play consistently well tomorrow, too."
Anderson and Simmons each fired rounds of 77, and are tied for 20th. Full results follow...
