Come early and stay late.
Montana State football fans will have the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of Bobcat football before and after the game Saturday, when the Bobcats host Northern Colorado at 1 pm. MSU officials anticipate a large crowd, and urge Bobcat fans to make ticket purchases early and to arrive at Bobcat Stadium early.
"As our crowds continue to grow, we are encouraging our fans to plan ahead by buying tickets early and arriving at the game early," said MSU Athletic Director Peter Fields. "Our fans are going to find that the game-day atmosphere outside the stadium is a major part of the excitement."
Several vendors will sell food Saturday on Bobcat Boulevard, the area of Kagy Blvd closed on game days from 8 am until following the game. Bobcat Boulevard features several food vendors, inflatables for children, the Bobcat Game Day Headquarters tent, and the band "Running on Empty."
A half-hour following the game, Bobcat Game Day Headquarters hosts The 5th Quarter celebration. The 5th quarter features radio interviews with Mike Kramer, Bobcat assistants, and MSU players, question-and-answer opportunities for fans, and beverages and snacks.
