Bobcats gather in Laramie

The Bobcat football team hopes to open the season in style on August 30 against the University of Wyoming in Laramie, and MSU fans will have the same opportunity. Bobcat fans will gather on Friday, August 29, at The Library Bar across the street from the UW residence hall complex. The social gathering begins at 7 pm.
On Saturday, The MSU Alumni Association and Bobcat Booster Club will hold a Bobcat Tailgate Party beginning at 11:30 at outside War Memorial Stadium. The event begins at 11:30 am near the Rochelle Athletic Center under a big tent with plenty of blue and gold. The cost is $15 per person, with bratwurst and beer available. RSVPs and advance payment is being accepted at 800-922-9461. RSVPs are requested by Thursday, August 21.
Bobcat fans may purchase tickets on-line through the University of Wyoming Athletic Ticket Office at tickets@uwyo.edu. Ticket cost is $20, along with applicable phone, mail and internet service fees.
