MSU to Partner with TicketsWest

Montana State Athletics has enhanced its ticketing network and on-line ticketing opportunities by joining TicketsWest, MSU Athletic Director Peter Fields has announced.
The partnership will provide Bobcats fans increased opportunities to purchase tickets at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse ticket office, through local and regional ticket outlets, and on-line. TicketsWest will also provide call center support for MSU ticket operations.
“We’re excited about working with TicketsWest,” Fields said. “This arrangement will allow our fans greater access to tickets and increased purchasing opportunities.”
“We are extremely excited about our new partnership with Montana State University and we look forward to providing those consumer services that will enhance the purchasing process for event tickets at MSU,” said Jack Lucas, Vice President of TicketsWest. “In today’s market customers want convenience, and we believe that TicketsWest is positioned to provide that type of convenience to the consumer at a lower cost than our competitors.”
TicketsWest currently provides ticketing distribution services for the Colorado, Colorado State, Washington State, Idaho, Eastern Washington, and several other colleges, venues and special events.
Fields indicated that the transition should be complete in early September.
