Bobcat skiers finish 18th at NCAA Championships

Munteanu, a freshman from Stratton, Vermont, had a two-run time of 1:41.81. Her second run time of 47.65 was the 14th best of the day. In addition, Andrea Drew placed 32nd overall in a clocking of 1:52.20.
Utah’s Lina Johansson won the women’s slalom title with a two-run total of 1:35.03. Johansson’s effort helped propel the Utes to their 11th national team title with 682 points. Vermont finished second with 551 points, followed by Colorado 546.5, New Mexico 541.5 and Denver 522.5
Dartmouth College hosted the 2003 NCAA Skiing Championships. Next winter, the national championship will be decided at the University of Nevada.
