As a team, the Bobcats (8-0) are ranked third in the country in blocking, averaging 3.92 pergame. Colorado State leads the nation, averaging 4.05 per outing. Individually, MSU's KarinLundqvist is eighth overall, averaging 1.88 blocks per game. Senior Julia Handwerk is rated19that 1.64 blocks per game.
In addition, Bobcat sophomore Falin Schaefer is listed tenth overall, averaging 4.39 digs pergame.
MSU canceled their schedule trip to Florida for this weekend. The Bobcats will open their2001 Big Sky Conference schedule at Portland State next Friday night.
