Les Curry Basketball Les Curry was a high-scoring forward on the storied Bobcat Basketball teams of the late ‘40s and early ‘50s. He scored 1437 points, the second-best total in school history to that point, and was a four-time all-conference choice. He led the Rocky Mountain Conference in scoring as a sophomore and junior, and helped lead Montana State to that 1950-51 NCAA basketball tournament, the first NCAA tourney appearance in school history.
