Casey Jermyn’s career as a Bobcat distance runner was steeped in success, but no moment was more dramatic or important than on a snowy morning in Pocatello, when he stormed from behind to capture the Big Sky Championship and spur Montana State to a team title. Two weeks later, Jermyn’s top 50 finish at the NCAA Championships helped MSU finish 11^th in the nation. In addition to his cross country heroics, Jermyn won a pair of 10,000 meter track championships, and at the time of his induction remained on three Bobcat all-time top 10 lists.
