D'Agostino Strength Training Center
The D'Agostino Strength Training Center serves as MSU's power plan. The D'Agostino Center was made possible through the contributions from the D'Agostino family, which has been involved in many projects that have reshaped the MSU campus.
The D'Agostino Strength Training Center focuses on ground base, multi-joint, and three dimensional training. Their focus is to maximize athletic potential while minimizing injury. The Training Center is 10,000 square feeet complete with 12 platforms and racks with Olympic and steel plates at every platform. The center has two full sets of dumbbells ranging from 5-140 pounds. Also, there are four sets of plyo boxes and several glute-ham raise stations.
There are three full-time strength trainers at the D'Agostino Strength Training Center, a graduate assistant and several interns each semester that help train the Montana State University athletes.
