Frazier comes to the Bobcats after one season as receivers coach at Western Illinois, where he helped construct a balanced Leathernecks passing attack in 2018 that produced three receivers with at least 600 receiving yards and three with at least 40 catches. Senior receiver Isaiah LeSure (615 receiving yards) was named Second Team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference, while junior receiver John Brunner (625 receiver yards) was named to the All-MVFC Newcomer Team. Prior to his season at WIU, Frazier worked as a graduate assistant at Northwestern University (2017), as receivers coach at Dayton (2016), and at Delaware Valley (receivers in 2014, adding quarterbacks the next season). The native Philadelphian, who has served coaching internships with the New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL, earned Division II All-America honors at Kutztown University in 2011. He earned his Bachelor’s in Sports Management from that school in 2011, and his Master’s in Policy Studies from Delaware Valley in 2016.
