
Sonny Holland Classic Set For April 7

The Montana State football team will take part in the Sonny Holland Classic, presented by the Rocking R Bar, at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday, April 7
The Montana State football team will take part in the Sonny Holland Classic, presented by the Rocking R Bar, at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday, April 7. The event, which serves as the Bobcats' spring game, is scheduled to kick off at 2 p.m.
The Sonny Holland Classic is free and open to the public and features several fan-friendly promotions.
The Rocking R Bar will be providing free hot dogs, burgers, chips and refreshments while supplies last. A Montana State University student scholarship giveaway takes place for a second consecutive year, also sponsored by the Rocking R Bar. Current full-time MSU students have an opportunity to register to win a $2,000 scholarship by attending the spring game. A pair of season tickets will also be given away to any fan(s) that attend the Classic and register when they arrive at Bobcat Stadium.
The Montana State Bookstore will be at the event selling Bobcat gear, the MSU 'Fork in the Road' food truck will have food available for purchase and pre-game music will be provided by a live DJ. Gates open at 1 p.m.
For those unable to attend the Classic, the spring game will be televised on SWX Montana.
The upcoming 2018 Montana State football season features six home games at Bobcat Stadium. Season ticket renewals are ongoing with the deadline set for May 1.
