Casey finished third in the men's mile at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships becoming the first MSU male freshman to ever win All-America honors in track and field.

Kiesel finished ninth at the NCAA Ski Championships to garner Second Team All-America honors. She was part of the team effort that finished third at the championships for the best finish ever of a MSU Nordic team.
