Brandes, from Nordenham, Germany, completed his business degree at MSU this spring while wrapping up one of the finest careers in Bobcat men's tennis history. He earned First Team All-Big Sky honors three times in his four seasons, and helped lead the Bobcats to a Big Sky regular season title in 2013. He was a Big Sky Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week six times during his career.
Demorest concluded her career as a Bobcat as one of the most decorated distance runners to come through the program. The Darby native completed her degree this spring in community health, contributing to the cross country teams highest cumulative GPA in school history of 3.8. Demorest was named the Indoor and Outdoor Big Sky Conference meet MVP after earning four conference titles. She added Second Team All-America honors to her resume in the 3000-steeplechase, after breaking her own school record at nationals.
