Over the summer, the men's tennis team at Montana State helped raise over $6000 for the Bozeman Cancer Wellness Center. The event was a pro-am mixer with the team. The teams will repeat the event again in March.
Montana State's Corey Smith advanced to the quarterfinals and Pawel Turzanski to the round of 32 at the ITA Mountain Region Championships in Las Vegas on Thursday.
The Montana State women’s tennis team had three student-athletes garner All-Big Sky Conference accolades, while the men’s squad posted one player on the list.

Women's Basketball
Bussey, the 2008-09 Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year, posted 30 points, connecting on 12-of-20 from the field, including a six-of-eight effort from beyond the three-point arc. She also finished with two rebounds, an assist and a steal against Pacific Sunday.

Patrick Casey garnered All-Mountain Region honors placing 21st at the Mountain Region meet Saturday. He is the first Bobcat since 2005 to place in the top 25 at the meet.
