Brian Coble begins his first season at Montana State 2024-25, with direct responsibility for football and oversight of Bobcat sports medicine. A former Director of Sports Medicine and faculty member in the Department of Health Sciences at Carroll College in Helena, Coble held those roles from 2004-19 and from 2021-24 worked as Provider Network Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana. From 2019-21, he served as Head Athletic Trainer at Chapin (South Carolina) High School. A graduate of the College of Charleston with a BS in Exercise Physiology and Physical Education, he also holds an MS in Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of South Carolina, Aiken. In addition to his athletic trainer certifications Coble is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), a Performance Enhancements Specialist (NASM) and is a licensed educator.
