JUNIOR (2021-22):
Darian White had her best season in the Blue and Gold, averaging a team-best 15.6 points per game, while leading the team in assists (143), steals (84) and free throws made (152)…was named MVP of the Big Sky Conference Tournament after averaging 18.3 points, 5.0 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 2.0 steals over the course of MSU’s three games, which also saw White shoot 45.7% from the field and 85.7% from the line…was a First Team All-Big Sky Conference performer…for the second consecutive season garnered Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors…became first MSU player in history to record 1,225 points, 425 rebounds, 325 assists and 225 steals…led the Big Sky in steals (84) and steals per game (2.47)…her 84 steals ranked 15th in NCAA Division I, while her 2.47 spg were 22nd overall…her 530 points scored during the season were the ninth most in a single-season at MSU…her 1,274 career points rank 13th at MSU heading into the 2022-23 season…is third all-time with 362 free throws made…fourth all-time with 225 steals…seventh with 338 assists…her 14.3 points per game averaged is seventh best at MSU heading into 2022-23 campaign…connected on 152 free throws during season which is fourth best in single season at MSU…84 steals were fifth best…ranked first in the Big Sky in free throw attempts (200), steals (84), steals per game (2.47), and free throws made (152)…ranked 15th in the country in free throws made and free throws attempted, 22nd in steals, 35th in field-goals attempted, and 39th in steals per game…has streak of 22 double-digit scoring games…was in double-figure scoring in 30 of 34 games…saw streak of 36 consecutive games in double-figures snapped at Southern Utah on Feb. 10…recorded career-high 32 points on two occasions – at Idaho on Feb. 7, and at Northern Colorado on March 4…had seven games with 20 or more points…was in double-digit rebounds twice, including career-high 12 against MSU Billings…tallied one game with 10 assists (North Texas)…had 13 games with five or more assists…had 15 games with three or more steals, including career-high seven steals at North Dakota on Nov. 20…against Northern Arizona on Jan. 20 became the 26th Bobcat in history of record 1,000 points…recorded two double-doubles on the season giving her six for her career…has started in 89 games for the Bobcats…named team co-MVP along with Kola Bad Bear…garnered team co-Defensive Player of the Year accolades along with Katelynn Limardo…was an All-Big Sky Conference academic selection.

White was named the 2020-21 Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Year…averaged 2.7 steals and a team-best 5.1 rebounds per game…recorded a career-high seven steals at Eastern Washington…pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds at Portland…tallied three double-digit rebound games from her point-guard position…offensively, averaged a team-high 14.6 points per game…was in double-figure scoring in 22 of 24 games, including a career-high 24 points at Portland on Dec. 17, 2020…against the Pilots went eight-of-15 from the field and seven-of-nine at the line…posted three double-doubles…had three games with 20 or points…ended the season shooting 41.8% from the field and 75.9% from the charity strip…shot a career-best 12-of-14 from the line to defeat Montana in Missoula on Jan. 30, 2021…averaged 3.8 assists per game…dished out season-best nine assist at Portland, just missing her first triple-double…had a +1.6 assist/turnover ratio…was a 2020-21 Big Sky Conference preseason all-conference selection…earned 2020-21 All-Big Sky Conference First-Team honors…was an All-Big Sky Conference Academic honoree.

White had arguably the best freshman season in Bobcat women’s basketball history posting 394 points, 150 rebounds, 104 assists and 76 steals…played and started in all 31 games...her 12.7 points per game average was second best on the team…recorded 25 games in double-digits scoring, including the last ten games of the season…notched a season-high 23 points in MSU’s win at Eastern Washington connecting on eight-of-15 from the field and six-of-six at the line…had one double-double on the season with 12 points and ten rebounds in MSU’s win at Sacramento State…led team in scoring on seven occasions and rebounding three times…averaged 4.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.45 steals per contest...finished 25th in the nation in steals with 76…was 31st in the country in steals per game (2.45)…ranked 95th in nation in free throws made (109) and was 97th in free throw percentage (80.7)…ranked second in the nation in steals and steals per game for freshman…was having an outstanding Big Sky tournament averaging 19 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.0 assists per game in quarterfinal and semifinal games against Northern Colorado and Northern Arizona, respectively…was also shooting 47.8% from the field and 87.5% from the line against UNC and NAU…for her efforts was named the Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year, becoming the third Bobcat to be honored in their first season along with Jennifer Curl (1998-99) and Katie Bussey (2008-09)…named all-Big Sky honorable-mention.
HIGH SCHOOL:
White was the 2019 Idaho Gatorade Player of the Year...awarded 5A All-Idaho Player of the Year honors..was also named the 5A Southern Idaho Conference Player of the Year...named the Idaho Press Player of the Year...as a senior, averaged 15.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.4 steals and 3.2 assists per game...led Mountain View High School to a 25-1 record and a second-place state finish in her final season...as a junior, she was a 5A All-Idaho Second-Team selection averaging 12.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 2.5 assists, guiding Mountain View to a 19-8 overall record, a 12-4 conference ledger, and a third-place state finish...garnered 5A Southern Idaho Conference Second-Team kudos for her efforts...had an outstanding freshman campaign earning second-team All-Treasure Valley honors at Capital High School....played club ball with Idaho Hoop Dreams.
