Bio
Montana State (2011) Begins his senior season as the most decorated and productive returning kicker in MSU history… handles kickoff and place-kicking chores… a preseason All-America and All-Big Sky selection. (2010) Finished his junior season as MSU’s all-time leading scorer, with 246 points… his 47 career field goals is MSU’s most ever and is 10th in Big Sky history… his 20 field goals in 2010 set MSU’s single-season record, and was among the top 10 seasons in Big Sky history… earned First Team All-Big Sky and First Team AFCA and AP All-America honors… at one point nailed 14 consecutive field goals, a school record. (2009) Registered another outstanding season, converting 14 of 18 field goals and 25 of 26 PATs as a sophomore… fourth in the Big Sky and 45th nationally in scoring (6.6 points per game), third in the Big Sky and 14th in the nation in field goals (1.29 per game)… finished the season 4-for-7 from beyond 40 yards, with a long kick of 47 yards… missed the EWU game with the flu… 18-for-23 inside 40 yards… All-Big Sky Honorable Mention. (2008) Won starting honors in fall camp, and produced an outstanding season as MSU’s place kicker… finished 13-for-19 on field goals for a 68.4% success rate, and 38-for-39 on PATs… finished fourth in the league in field goals made per game, and second in extra point accuracy… named MSU’s Jan Stenerud Kick Teams MVP for his performance last fall.
Tascosa An Academic All-State selection… a three-time football letterman, and a four-time soccer letterman… earned second team all-district honors.
Academics Student Council Vice President at Tascosa… an industrial engineering major… Vice President of Alpha Pi Mu (industrial engineering honorary society).
Personal Born Jason Roy Cunningham on March 19, 1990 in Amarillo, Tex… one of three children of Angela Cunningham and Charles Cunningham… high school classmates include Oklahoma volleyball player Caitlin Higgins.
