Montana State (2019) Started every game of his career as MSU’s punter... finished fifth in FCS punting average, his fourth straight season among the nation’s top 20 punters... CoSIDA Academic All-America Region 7. (2018) Named CoSIDA Academic All-America Region 7... Big Sky Special Teams Player of the week after the Grizzly game, in which he pinned UM inside its own five three times... 25th in the FCS, 6th in the Big Sky, with 41.9 yards-per-punt... only 19 of his 57 punts have been returned... has pinned the opponent inside the 20 19 times and boomed 13 of at least 50 yards. (2017) Second Team All-Big Sky, averaging 42.5 yards per punt with only one touchback... MSU’s Jan Stenerud Kick Teams MVP... nailed the opponent inside the 20 16 times, with five kicks of 50 yards or longer and a 70-yarder... ISU’s average starting field position after punts was its own 12. (2016) Won MSU’s punting job in the preseason and started all 11 games in that role... averaged 39.7 yards per punt with a long of 76 yards vs. Western Oregon... only two touchbacks with 10 pinned inside the 20-yard line on 58 punts... forced 18 fair catches and five boots longer than 50... rushed once for nine yards against Bryant... completed his only pass attempt of the year, a 17-yarder against NAU.
High School Chosen as a 2015 Great Falls Tribune Superstate selection... averaged 37.8 yards per punt... hit three field goals of 40 yards or longer... registered 40 touchdobaks on 61 kickoffs... set school records for longest field goal, most PATs in a season and career, most field goals in a season and career, and career points... three-time all-conference kicker, two-time all-conference punter, all-conference defensive back, and all-state in track.
Academics and Personal An elementary education major... academic all-state in high school.. born Jered Skyler Padmos in Helena... one of three children of Robert and Mary Gayle Padmos... has assisted with the Montana City youth summer programs in the past.
