Bobcats Finish Fourth at 2026 Nevada Invitational Ski Meet

Tea Kiesel's fifth place finish leads Bobcats
(Feb. 3, 2026) – Montana State finished fourth at the 2026 Nevada Invitational, which concluded at Mount Rose Ski Tahoe near Reno on Tuesday.
Montana State's Tea Kiesel finished third in the women's giant slalom on Tuesday to pace the Bobcats. She finished with a time of 2:00.32 over two runs, and her second run time of 1:01.23 was second-best. Solveig Groenningsaeter finished 16th (2:02.40), Lily Sewell was 17th (2:02.57), Mackenzie Greenslade finished 22nd (2:05.80) and Victoria Clancy clocked a 2:07.08 for 24th.
In the men's giant slalom, Gianluca Boehm led the Bobcats by finishing 9th. His time was 1:58.19 over two runs. Loic Spiegelberg finished 17th (1:58.89), Will Steed was 21st (1:59.52), Ian Haupt and Bosse Mikelsson tied for 28th (2:02.29), and Caleb Unger was 30th (2:02.60). Torius Hepsoe and Luc Dalton did not finish the first run.
The Bobcats finished with 228.5 points. Utah won with 317 points, while Colorado finished second (309) and Denver third (288).
