Utah took the first point of the match winning at Nos. 1 and 3 doubles. Montana State's (2-1) No. 2 tandem of Felicia Jayasaputra and Jazmin Lerman were the lone Bobcats to post a win, taking a 6-2 decision over Emma Kemper and Yuhan Liu.
