Dear Bobcats,
Join us for an incredible week in Bobcat Athletics:
The annual Blue & Gold Gala is here! For those of you attending in person, we can't wait to see you in the Brick on Friday night while we raise critical revenue to support all Bobcat athletic student-athletes and teams. If you can't join us, help us by donating directly to the event or bidding on silent auction items from wherever you are. Simply click on this link to register, browse, and bid on all the great items in the auction, or make a donation directly to scholarships. Our goal is to raise $500,000 to support the Bobcat Club Annual Scholarship Fund- we need your help to get there!
A top 5 matchup is ahead in Bobcat Stadium this Saturday as #2 MSU plays host to #5 Weber State. We need you LOUD and PROUD as the Bobcats continue their quest for a Big Sky Championship! Get to your seats early at the start of the game and after halftime to make all the noise you can and prove once again we have the best game day atmosphere in the country. If you don't have your tickets, limited standing room only tickets remain, and you can purchase them here.
Bobcat Volleyball is home for two matches this week as they battle Idaho State on Thursday at 7pm and Weber State on Saturday at 7pm. Show your game ticket from Bobcat Football vs Weber State and get a volleyball ticket for only $5. Help us #ShakeShroyer and cheer on MSU Volleyball this week.
Then, join Bobcat student-athletes on Sunday, October 23 for the Bobcat Fall Festival. There will be food, autographs, games and fun from 12-3pm in the South Fieldhouse Lot, with plans to move inside the field house in inclement weather. The event is free to attend, but donations will be accepted for Special Olympics of Montana. This event is lead by SAAC (student-athlete advisory committee) and is a great opportunity to show your support for our community.
Looking ahead:
- Basketball season is upon us and season and single game tickets are on sale now for your Big Sky Champion men's and women's basketball teams. You don't want to miss any of the action inside the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse this winter. Coming up are the annual Blue and Gold scrimmages for both teams will take place on Thursday, October 27. The men's scrimmage will begin at 5:45pm with the women following immediately after.
- Bobcat Cross-Country teams will compete at the Big Sky Championships next Friday, October 28 in Cheney, WA. The men's team recently won the Pre-Nationals with Duncan Hamilton taking home the individual championship honors while the women finished 8th in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
- Continue to check msubobcats.com for all other Bobcat action including men's and women's tennis and women's golf.
As always, it's a great day to be a Bobcat!
