UC Davis visits Bobcat Stadium for first time since 2016
BOZEMAN, Montana – Montana State welcomes back a couple of familiar faces this week when safety Jeffrey Manning Jr. and running back Lane Sumner return to the lineup.
Manning Jr. missed the Eastern Washington game with a head injury. Sumner suffered an elbow injury in the season opener and missed the last three games. He gained 159 yards against McNeese.

Freshman guard Omar Aigbedion starts tonight's game at left guard after JT Reed held down that slot for the first four contests. Aigbedion, Reed and starting right guard Cole Sain will rotate through the guard positions tonight.

UC Davis' last trip to Bobcat Stadium was 2016, a 27-13 Montana State win on November 12. That game proved to be Jeff Choate's first Big Sky win as MSU's head coach. He would notch his second the next week in Missoula.

Tight end Derryk Snell caught one pass for four yards in MSU's last meeting with UC Davis, a 27-17 Bobcat victory in 2019. He is the only current Bobcat that recorded offensive stats in that game.
