
Bobcat Women’s Tennis Inks Indonesian Standout

Montana State women’s tennis coach Jon Reeves has announced the signing of Felicia Jayasaputra to play for the Bobcats for the 2020-21 season. Jayasaputra, a product of Jakarta, Indonesia, prepped at Singapore International School.
Montana State women's tennis coach Jon Reeves has announced the signing of Felicia Jayasaputra to play for the Bobcats for the 2020-21 season. Jayasaputra, a product of Jakarta, Indonesia, prepped at Singapore International School.
"We are excited to welcome Felicia to the women's tennis team at Montana State," Reeves said. "Felicia brings a wealth of international experience to MSU. She is a tremendous student and has a strong desire to advance her tennis over these next years. Felicia is a smart and competitive tennis player. She will be a great team player and we can't wait to get her on campus."
Jayasaputra represented Indonesia at the World Juniors and placed sixth in Asia Oceana. She had a national ranking of No. 3 at Under 18 and No. 2 at Under 16. Jayasaputra was a finalist in singles and a semifinalist in doubles at the Widjojo Soejono ITF Indonesia.
In addition, she was a semifinalist in doubles at the Thamin ITF in Jakarta; captured the Under 14 title in the national selection tournament; won the Under 16 Maesa Open in singles and doubles; and won the Under 16 singles title in the Ollydondokambey Open.
