Bobcats Drop Opener at Nevada

Luke Babbitt scored 26 points to lead Nevada past Montana State 75-61 in both teams' season-opener in Reno on Saturday.
The Wolf Pack started hot, shooting 72% in the first half on the way to a 50-31 advantage at intermission. Montana State rebounded at the intermission, out-scoring Nevada 30-25 in the second half.
Erik Rush led the Bobcats with 13 points, while Cody Anderson scored 10 points and grabbed seven boards. MSU out-rebounded Nevada 34-27.
The Bobcats host Colorado Christian on Tuesday at 7 pm in Worthington Arena.
